Director of Culture
Deb is the Director of Culture at Rainbow, and since 2006 she has had the opportunity to combine her marketing background with her passion for building a thriving organization.
Deb’s work revolves around nurturing our company culture and fostering a strong sense of belonging and purpose. She wants our employees to feel like they’re part of something truly remarkable and she gauges her success through employee engagement, effective communication, retention strategies, and outstanding employee experiences.
Deb actively works to create opportunities for our employees to live their best lives. This includes contributing to our GROW Team, which helps educate employees on growing their retirement and ownership wealth while providing clear information about our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Additionally, she serves on the DEI Council, which champions diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization. She is also involved in organizing company events, aiming to make Rainbow a fun place to work.
