Francisco first joined Rainbow in early 2020 as the Horticultural Specialist for IGP in Florida and is now an Arboroligst for Rainbow Ecoscience. He first interacted with Rainbow beginning in 2016 through Trimtect research trials being done in Delray Beach, Florida with Brightview — who he worked for at the time. Francisco met several members of the RTSA team over the years and continued to do trials on the properties he managed. He saw the potential of growth regulators throughout his landscape career and the difference they could make for the industry. In late 2019, Mike Diemer reached out to Francisco about the opportunity to join the team, and the rest is history — he saw Rainbow’s commitment to making a difference for both the industry and their employees. “Rainbow is an organization that has been built with a set of strong values that every employee lives by every day. Rainbow is very innovative which leads to many successes, and endless potential. I am here to help us grow together while we are taking care of our customers.” Francisco is also serving on our Safety Council, an internal organization committed to upholding our value of safety across the company.
