What we do
We use a holistic approach to create healthy lawns. With over 40 years of experience, we’ve developed science-backed solutions to promote healthy soil, strong roots, and custom seeding options. We provide fertilization, aeration, seeding, weed control, sodding, and disease control to residential and business properties in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area.
Fertilization
Our fertilizer program is customer-driven, not part of a high pressure subscription package. We offer science backed solutions including the finest golf course grade synthetic products, as well as a fully organic program.
Custom Lawn Types
As a result of extensive research, we’re able to offer five different lawn types: standard, no mow, drought tolerant, organic and bee friendly.
Restoration
Hydroseeding allow us to rebuild lawns quickly.

In our Lawncare division, our most common hiring need is for Lawn Care Technicians working in the field. Technical field jobs are based in our Minnetonka location. Our hiring process
We take great care to provide an efficient application experience. Candidates should start by identifying open positions and submitting an application. Our human resources team will contact you within a week to set up an initial interview if we think your profile fits our needs. The conversation will then move to individual hiring managers, where you can learn more about the specific role and the people you’d be working with. We notify every candidate who has made it into the interview process once a hiring decision has been made. This may take longer during peak seasonal hiring.
