Jeff Galvin is the Fleet Manager at Rainbow and has been with the company since the summer of 1994. Jeff started out as a technician helping to finish the season spraying and fertilizing trees. After two years in this role, Jeff noticed there was a lack of maintenance help around the equipment the crews were using. He started maintaining the equipment part-time while continuing to spray trees. As the company grew, Jeff pursued a full-time career as a mechanic, and attended school for 2 years while working full-time at Rainbow. Jeff enjoys the problem-solving aspect of his job and making sure the techs have the tools they need to do their job. He still loves coming into work every day and is surprised that with the continued growth, the company continues to maintain their values. When not at work, Jeff enjoys riding his motorcycle and taking his 1962 Ford pickup to car shows.
