Liz Westberg

Liz Westberg has been with Rainbow since June of 2018 and is currently our Manager of Quality Assurance and Training for our Growth Solutions division. Liz joined Rainbow after talking with a recruiter about her background in natural resources and thought that it sounded like a great opportunity to be outside more. She enjoys the opportunity to teach her crews about trees and the part they play in preserving mature shade trees near powerlines. One thing she enjoys most about Rainbow is the environment where your co-workers want you to succeed and will help you to do so.

When not at work, Liz enjoys finding a nice quiet trail to hike, exploring the oddities of whatever city she’s in, golfing, and traditional archery. “I am absolutely as much of a nerd in my personal life as I am at work. I’ve been questioned by TSA for bringing home a box of twig clippings and pine cones. I’ve visited all 50 states, 45 of the 63 national parks, and 161 of the 424 national park administered sites (and I track them in a spreadsheet because that’s how I roll).”
