Rollin Heassler is Rainbow’s Human Resources Director and has been with Rainbow since 2021. Rollin heard about Rainbow through Linkedin while looking for a new opportunity after his wife had recently transferred to MN from Las Vegas. Amongst many things that he enjoys about working at Rainbow, the people are the primary thing he likes the most. He was surprised at how supportive and hospitable everyone has been since working here. When not at work, Rollin enjoys visiting new places with his family and hamburgers.
