Safety Council
At Rainbow Companies, safety is the top priority, and our Safety Council plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and customers alike. Comprised of dedicated professionals from across our organization, the Safety Council is committed to implementing rigorous safety protocols, fostering a culture of awareness, and continuously improving our safety standards. GROW Team
At Rainbow Companies, we see your financial health is a vital part of your overall health, happiness, and success. As an employee-owned company (ESOP) there is a need to not just generate profits but to generate an ownership culture. The GROW Team (an acronym for Growing Retirement and Organizational Wealth) is comprises of volunteers from across our companies leading employees to choose accountability for our ESOP and their personal financial planning. Through workshops, listening sessions, and webinars, the GROW Team is committed to delivering education and resources to support employees in their financial wellbeing.
