Joe Palmer is the IT Support Supervisor for Rainbow. He started at Rainbow in 2017 as the IT Support Specialist and was recently promoted to his current role. Joe likes working at Rainbow because of his friendly colleagues and the company’s commitment to the urban forest. One thing that surprised him about working here is that we are an ESOP and how much the company truly cares about its employees. When not at work, Joe spends much of his time with his three-year-old son, Jagger and his dogs River and Olive. He enjoys golfing, swimming, and spending time at dog parks.
