Our work begins with our highly trained customer care experts who listen to customers’ needs and schedule on site job consultations.

Customers are most satisfied when pest issues are eliminated before they start. We use a comprehensive approach to eliminate pests and keep them out.

In our Pest Experts division, our most common hiring need is for Pest Control Technicians working in the field. All Pest Experts jobs are based in the Twin Cities. Pest technicians have a company issued vehicle, work independently and only travel to our Minnetonka location for training and restocking of supplies. Office staff work in our Minnetonka office. Our hiring process
We take great care to provide an efficient application experience. Candidates should start by identifying open positions and submitting an application. Our human resources team will contact you within a week to set up an initial interview if we think your profile fits our needs. The conversation will then move to individual hiring managers, where you can learn more about the specific role and the people you’d be working with. We notify every candidate who has made it into the interview process once a hiring decision has been made. This may take longer during peak seasonal hiring.
